The Dev Portal layouts and scripts are no longer being used in any of our docs, so these can be safely removed from this project.
Describe the solution you'd like
Remove the following:
- all references in layout or partial conditionals to params.devportal
- layouts/api directory
- layouts/partials/devportal directory
- layouts/partials/shortcode/devportal.html
Update the following:
- openapi archetype should use the redoc-single layout instead of api
