Updating all installation guides

Summary

I've recently tested a few options for a standard nipype installation from nipype website and the Beginner Guide and for Ubuntu none of them was working without problems (some library are missing, some tests give error or fail).
IMO, it is also not clear which instruction the new user should follow.

I know that with the new nipype that will change, but just to remember to check all options for a few OS and to unify/simplify various instructions.

and we should either update or remove the beginner's docs, but i leave this to @miykael . at present we point to the nipype tutorial site only from nipype.

yes. it's been simplified for current master.

ok. When I wrote about simplifying I was thinking mostly about the beginner guide, not this doc. Doc looks pretty simple, but as I wrote before the conda installation didn't work for my Ubuntu, and today I've also experienced problems with "From source" part. Had to manually install mock, and some tests are still failing. So just wanted to open this issue as a reminder to check after the release.

we essentially use the same mechanism to install on travis.

I'm not talking about the developer installation. I followed this part: https://github.com/nipy/nipype/blob/master/doc/users/install.rst#from-source
took tar.gz file form here, unpacked and run pip install .

Can repeat once again to be sure.

readthedocs latest only applies to master. i agree that the previous documentations were off.

@satra I've just noticed that I pasted a wrong link, so edited. The "from source" part hasn't change to much, so it points user to https://github.com/nipy/nipype/releases/tag/0.13.0-rc1
