Collecting anonymous information about node execution

Similar to MRIQC Wep API.

Whenever a node runs information about inputs (including input file size and type - but no file names for anonymity), runtime (did it succeed? how long did it take? how much memory did it consume?).

This would allow to learn more about range of parameters used by users as well as predict memory requirements.

More in the context of this issue: might be worth looking at MRIQC and MRIQC Web API where a similar functionality was implemented.

Thanks @chrisfilo - I've gotten a good start but having a little trouble understanding the project setup - namely if or how I can mimic user input/node execution? Have run the tests and read what I think is most if not all of the relevant project docs (e.g. examples section here). If you could point me in the direction of a good location for this api, that might be helpful for me getting familiar with the project. Thanks in advance, appreciate any input!
