Parent pom is not released on changes

We migrated to Java 11 and actually all of our provider sdks should rely on a new parent artifact version. But this did not happen. Our current migration is hidden to all of our users and not visible within the changelog of the providers.

We need to automate our parent release, and update our providers accordingly.

Thanks to the support of @toddbaert and a few commits, this is now resolved
