We can introduce the env variable, this would be more flexible. if env variable not provided, then we can use the const path.

Wouldn't it be better to use ads aqua install
, in in future we would need to have many install commands, we can regulate it with the params.
This feature enables easy installation of the Aqua extension from Jupyter Lab.
