Renew student package

but in my github setting page about student package, I can't submit

how can I submit my info for github student package.

What happens when you go to the link they provided in the second line?
For the button "Start an application" that will only be accessible if there's a need for application i.e no current student plan.
If the second link is not accessible use this link - https://docs.github.com/en/education and to navigate to the explore page where you should be able to find all the info needed.

The second link is for setting my billing. I use your link, but when I go to the student package page

And click your benefits application, it will redirect to the settings page

It says that "Once your github Education expires, you may re-apply...", assuming from your email you still have some days before it expires but till then you wont be able to re-apply. Once it expires that application button will be available.
