Looks great! I recommend waiting to merge this PR until the week of May 5, when we can also post the explanatory blog, add it to the OpenSSF.org list of guides, and post on social media. That will serve as our "release date", giving us time to make any last-minute revisions & improvements. For example, the bold text is currently hard to tell from normal text, I have a separate PR to fix that. Once we have confidence it's "ready for release" we can release this all at the same time.
