Mod Security is supported by IHS

MODSEC-52: Is Mod Security is supported by IHS. We have IHS 6.1 and were trying to install mod-securiy but it was failin. So just need to confirm if it is supported.

brectanus: I have it working fine on IHS 6.1 on both CentOS 4 and 5. However, others have reported problems with this causing segfaults in the APR library:

What issues are you seeing?

I believe it is due to the ancient httpd and APR libs that are used with IHS. Additionally, they do not have symbols, which makes debugging difficult.
