GitHub Actions: Use larger instances

GHA now has larger instances with up to 64 cores in public beta. I'm aware that we have a large allowance of 2 core instances sponsored by GitHub. If GitHub was open to sponsoring larger instances, or trading the allowance for machines with more cores, would we be interested?

I didn't see an option in Setttings to upgrade the runner size directly (probably because the org isn't on the team/enterprise plan). IIRC @datapythonista had reached out to Github previously when we were interested in having more runners?
