BUG: `pd.get_dummies` should return `bool[pyarrow]` types

Reproducible Example

import pandas as pd
import io

data = '''name,x,y
matt a,10,20

df = pd.read_csv(io.StringIO(data), engine='pyarrow', dtype_backend='pyarrow')
pd.get_dummies(df).dtypes

Issue Description

The result of the above code has the name_* columns with type bool instead of bool[pyarrow]

Expected Behavior

Pyarrow types please
