BUG: doctests fail after release of scipy 1.14.0

Issue Description

Doctests CI fails because of mismatches in __repr__ of sparse arrays between SciPy 1.14.0 and earlier versions.

Expected Behavior

CI should be passing. No doctest failures should occur.
