Reproducible Example

import pandas as pd

d = {'col1': [1,3], 'col2': [4,5]}
df = pd.DataFrame(data=d)
print(df)

I suspect something is wrong with your Python environment. This works fine on my end and would be extremely surprising if it did not. Can you try recreating your Python environment.

What is the output of dir(pd.DataFrame)?
