Parse file name not selected

Issue Description

When we have a file and a name, the name is selected from the file.

Steps to reproduce

Actual Outcome

It takes the name from the file path

Expected Outcome

The name that was injected must be selected.

Environment

Parse Flutter SDK

• SDK version: 3.1.3
• Operating system version: 11

Server

• Parse Server version: 7.3.0
