How to get live data between server and apps android

Hi this general question, how do apps android live data changes happen in server into android. For example, i do apps bidding which is required data always get update. So when someone bidding, others should get data automatically. So how to do that?

For realtime applications you can use Parse Live Query - there is a Android Live Query SDK amongst others.
