File upload fails when file type is .json

Using the 'File' field to upload or replace files from within the Dashboard fails when the file has a .json extension type. Changing the extension .txt uploads the files as expected. .jpg .png also work as expected

Current work around: rollback dashboard to v1.0.24

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a dashboard 'File' field
2. Select Upload
3. Find local .json file
4. Confirm and upload
5. View console, server or dashboard error screen
