Upgrade various dependencies

Current Limitation

There are some dependencies that are a few major versions behind, so their upgrade needs some (likely minor) code changes:

• refactor: Upgrade commander from 5.1.0 to 10.0.1 #8547

• refactor: Upgrade lru-cache from 7.12.0 to 9.1.1 #8548
• refactor: Upgrade mongodb from 4.10.0 to 5.3.0 #8550
• refactor: Upgrade ldapjs from 2.3.3 to 3.0.2 #8592
• refactor: Upgrade parse from 3.4.2 to 4.0.1 #8554 (see comment)

There are some PR links above that are closed, but they may have been closed by snyk and reopened with the same (or similar) title, could you take a look if there are any left to do?
