Ability to have "color additions" on tints

In something like Flash Player, it's possible to have advanced color effects/tints on stuff to where color can be added, as opposed to only simply darkening a sprite with a color like with Phaser's tints. Having the ability to create tints like this in Phaser would be cool to have.

v3 has the ColorMatrix fx built in, which allows you to modify colors via a full matrix - which is extremely flexible and worth learning how to get the best out of it.
