Fix broken build

The current build is broken. Travis says:

Warning, treated as error:
WARNING: primary_domain 'php' not found, ignored.
make: *** [html] Error 1
The command "make SPHINXOPTS='-nW' html" exited with 2.

Could be an autoloading issue

Solved by temporarily downgrading to Sphinx 1.3: moneyphp/money@fc336c2

Looks like there is an "official" php package for sphinx: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/sphinxcontrib-phpdomain

Might worth to check since we don't use any special feature from the sensio one.
