Another scattergl select mode <--> zoom mode bug

1. render a scattergl plot with markers
2. switch to lasso mode
3. select a data point
4. clear selection with double click
5. switch to zoom mode
6. switch back to lasso mode
7. Bug: although there's no active selection, all markers are rendered as deselected
