to_html produces js which doesn't pass eslint-config-standard

It would be good to know what JS linting is correct for the output of a Figure.to_html (full_html=False) function.

Currently using eslint-config-standard and the html plugin we get "2025 problems (2025 errors, 0 warnings)" per div.
