website not rebuilding

I just uncovered an error message where travis builds are not happening because we're out of github OSS free credits! 😬
I'm working on resolving this, but all build releases to the site will fail in the meantime. This might actually be why the last docs release failed https://github.com/processing/p5.js-website/issues/918.

I manually edited a file on the server to remove the fundraiser header link, so I'll need to checkout that file again before we return to auto builds. Just logging this here to remember.
