Avenir is still in the Reference

#175 looked like a pass at removing the font from the repo.

I am finding Avenir still in the repo:

/src/offline-reference/assets
/src/templates/pages/reference/assets

This gets propagated to the offline reference and the specific language versions.

@SanjaySinghRajpoot Go ahead. Do have a look to make sure the font file is not used elsewhere on the site (particularly examples and reference) before removing them entirely. Thanks.
