Cut a release

Hola All,

This is a request to cut a release. Running into the bug at #200 using the latest version (0.10.0); cutting a new release means uploading new binaries, which means I can consume them in ansible tasks.

There are a few other bugs I would like to fix before we release:

• Metadata lock interrupts metrics collection #167
• mysql_exporter_last_scrape_error 0 when mysql_up is 0 #216

I was also hoping there would be an upstream release of the golang MySQL driver that would let us merge #210. But I'm not going to block for a long time on those.

Sweet! No rush that stuff isn't critical; just "hey this would be cool".

I think a nice update before PromCon in mid August would be good.

Any help squashing existing issues before then would be appreciated. 😉 ❤️

"Managing Expectations" I have basically zero budget and less skill to tackle this. I hope to get more of both in future, but I'm firmly in the "experimental" camp at the minute. Still, I am hopeful this can become the org standard method of monitoring.

@SuperQ both #167 and #216 are closed now. Anything holding else holding the release?

Technically I wanted #259 to be the real fix for #167.

I've just merged it, but I've not had time to do any testing of the changes. @AlekSi could you build and test a cut from master to make sure we don't have any show stopping issues?

Just tested it. Found one issue #263 @SuperQ do you plan to update the CHANGELOG?
