Project roadmaps

pandas is currently defining a roadmap, with the main points we would like to see implemented in the future: pandas-dev/pandas#27478

I'd like to discuss the pandas roadmap and how it can affect other projects, and also know what are the plans of the rest of the dataframe packages.
