Update cheat sheet and patterns docs

They contain outdated info. It's unclear that the cheat sheet is useful at all now that we have a tutorial.

Also, I find the location of the FAQ unintuitive. [fixed]

• "Encrypt connections" should be moved from the quick start guide to a dedicated how to explaining that a reverse proxy usually terminates TLS, that the client automatically does TLS for wss:// URLs, etc.
