Syntax: Parens required around type expressions but dropped by formatter

```rescript
let x = `${("foo": string)}`
```

will be formatted as

```rescript
let x = `${"foo": string}`
```

which fails to compile with the error:

```
Expressions with type constraints need to be wrapped in parens:
  ("foo": string)
```
