Rewatch: `bs-dependencies` -> `dependencies` etc.

For v12, we should support finally deprecate the bs- prefixes in rescript.json and accept e.g. dependencies as a replacement for bs-dependencies.

It will be sufficient to do this in rewatch IMHO and leave legacy mode (bsb) as is.
