Replace global setting for Follow HTTP Redirects

Follow HTTP Redirects should be something you can toggle at the request level instead of something globally set in the user profile settings. Perhaps the User profile setting should be a default for new requests.

If you are talking about the ability of client resource to follow redirection, you can set up the it by calling ClientResource#setFollowingRedirects(boolean)
