Remove route_info param from params

Any reason why route_info is a key in params?
It makes iterations on params harder. Shouldn't it be in env or just an extra method?

Maybe you looking for declared(params)?

Declared returns only what was on the params block. Params should be only the ones sent in the request.

This is IMO for historical reasons, so no good reasons.
