Add a way to only search some fields

Currently when you do a search, we're looking in crate names, keywords, descriptions, and READMEs for matches, and there's no way to change that.

If we have an "advanced search" form, I could imagine having checkboxes for each of these fields/areas we search so that you could choose to only search in some of them, for example.

There's a feature request in cargo to give cargo search the ability to scope where searches look for matches, since it's even less obvious why a crate has matched when you don't see much information returned in the terminal.

Hey – will this involve extending the api/v1/crates endpoint to query particular fields?

It looks like this happens to some extent (https://github.com/rust-lang/crates.io/blob/master/src/krate/mod.rs#L630 for example looks for &category=, but all returned cateogory and keyword fields I saw were null, so I'm not sure if it's unimplemented.

(For info, I'm using the https://crates.io/api/v1/crates?page=1&per_page=10&q=python route and throwing other query parameters at it).

@yatriks, it looks like those fields are actually being searched, the JSON returned displays the values as null though (most likely this is worthy of a new issue). For conformation of this fact look at the JSON response to a keyword search for 'test' versus the page on crates.io which includes the keywords. I did add a query for that specified crate, but dropping this still works.

In terms of searching specified fields, this should be an easy task, the big question is what input to accept and how we can break out this functionality to split apart the index function as mentioned in its documentation, https://docs.rs/cargo-registry/0.2.1/src/cargo_registry/krate.rs.html#550-570.
