Set MIRI_TEMP to a fresh temporary directory

Currently it always re-uses the same location, which leads to problems on shared-user systems, in particular on the dev desktops. https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/122110 helps but the proper fix involves creating a fresh tempdir in `compiletest.rs`.
