Are we showing the right docs for methods?

Docs from the impl, vs the trait (or we could do both!). Apparently Rustdoc does the former.

For example, when I mouse-over new_identifier below, the tooltip is "The information a child scope needs from its parent" with the function signature. Also true when I mouse-over new_identifier elsewhere.

May be intended, but was surprising to me (was hoping to see "Allocates a new locally unique identifier.").

Yeah, that is not intended.

I'm currently doing some work with making an RLS client, and I just ran into @frankmcsherry's exact issue. It would be nice if the function only returned docs for itself, not for the trait.

I think this is fixed by rust-lang/rust#50490 But may also need some fixes to the rls or rls-analysis

Fixed with a rustc update.
