Incorrect span for path in 'use' items

For 'use' items of the form |use foo = bar::baz| the path in view_path_simple has incorrect span information (I think). It has the span for the whole item, rather than just the path part (e.g,, the span for |use foo = bar::baz| rather than |bar::baz|.
