make install without make causes error

When I run make install after configure in a clean tree, I get:

/usr/src/rust/mk/install.mk:170: *** Aborting install because more than one library matching libstd-*.dylib is present in build tree x86_64-apple-darwin/stage2/lib: . Stop.

Note that there are no libraries, not more than one. Repeating the command proceeds normally.

Could you gist a full session of output? I haven't been able to reproduce this yet sadly.

Closing, the make install command changed significantly in the past 2 months, and without a method to reproduce the error, I imagine that it's fixed now (it still works successfully for me).
