Rustdoc does not list macros in the sidebar

[Looking at a macro in `std::macros`](http://static.rust-lang.org/doc/master/std/macros/macro.assert!.html) has no macros in the sidebar, whereas types of other items are listed in the sidebar (e.g. the `builtin` module that's there).
