Windows installer - libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll missing

I downloaded the windows rust installer today, then opened up cmd and typed rustc and got the following error: The program can't start because libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
