Recently, the float type, and the rust and rusti tools have been removed from master.

float replaced by f64 in code examples, removed mentions of float, f suffix, rust and rusti in explanations.

(+ some minor things like rust -> Rust)

I'm curious how these were all created in the first place. Were these translations done by hand or by some program? If they're done by a program then we should probably do that in the future, but if they're all done by hand then this is fine.
