Talk about debuginfo somewhere in the codegen chapter

Some things that would be nice to include:
- a link to https://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/DebugFission
- how debug info works (at a *very* high level, no need to get into target-specific stuff)
- links to relevant parts of the compiler (including the `-C debuginfo` docs) and examples of what you can do with debuginfo
