since there's now quite a few robots involved in the rust development process, it would be useful if there were an overview of the "team" (lead by the venerable @bors).

This is indeed a good idea. I'd be happy to take it over and redo it. Can someone help me make sure that the pull request on teams rust-lang/team#95 is still up to date.
