Color picker should allow "dragging" of working color HSV grid circle for custom tab

The current interaction is to move the working color HSV grid circle in the custom tab onClick, which is less intuitive than most color selectors. It should instead listen for onMouseDown, onMouseMove, and onMouseUp, moving the circle whenever the mouse moves and adjusting the color as needed.
