Limit hover inline style override to non-Inline version of dropdown.

Currently the trigger gets a style override for hovering when modal and not modal dropdown. This would limit the inline style to modal/separate menu version

TLDR: make the gray color of the menu trigger not be gray when using an inline menu, since it is not needed.

modal is now menuPosition.
