Allow globs in skipFiles

It would be nice to be able to put globs in the skipFiles array

Seconded. I have an array of ignored contracts currently used for other tools and it'd be great to be able to use it with solidity-coverage too.

The issue is tagged for 0.7.0 but the 0.7.0 release doesn't seem to support globbing for skipFiles, any hints where we could help out on that?
