Update all CI for release of JDK 17

wait for the release to be picked up by AdoptOpenJDK Temurin and by SDKMAN

then:

• community build
  • Move the JDK 17 build off early-access, onto 17 final community-build#1492
• Fortify
• all our GitHub Actions configs will need 17-ea changed to 17
• make sure the Travis-CI configs using default.yml in this repo pick up the release
• also look for opportunities to test on JDK 17 where we weren't before, since it's an LTS release. we already added it to many of our CI matrices but maybe not all.

(It's probably too early to bother adding 18-ea anywhere.)

Adopt OpenJDK got moved to Eclipse Temurin and won't be updated anymore. It is highly recommended to migrate workflows from adopt to temurin to keep receiving software and security updates
