Misconfigured submodules show in Status()

If there are submodules that don't have a corresponding .gitmodules entry, they show as deleted in Worktree.Status(). The git CLI doesn't show any changes in diff or status, though it does error if you try to init the submodule.

I've reproduced this issue with an offending commit at orirawlings/go-git-issues@a7bf035f5

When running the following code from a clone of the offending repository, I see that the submodule is reported as deleted by Worktree.Status.
