[ExpressionLanguage] Using Expression Providers section code example incorrect

The code example presented here should be wrapped inside the get getFunctions method as described by the ExpressionFunctionProviderInterface interface.
Furthermore there is an extra semicolon after the new statement which is not needed as we are inside an array
