Thanks for adding this navigation. It's really useful for the best practices articles.
Note to mergers: let's try to prioritize merging this PR because we've received comments about how difficult is to read these articles now that the navigation links are gone. Thanks!

This PR was merged into the 2.7 branch. Discussion ---------- Add "Next" links to Best Practices To avoid needing to go back and forth to the Best Practices index, this PR adds a link to the next page at the bottom of each Best Practice page. I just ordered them based on the way they are laid out in the index. Commits ------- 3b41dc2 Add "Next" links to Best Practices
