Make internal helpers aware of `renderHook` util

Update internal helpers for considering the new React Testing Library renderHook util:

• The renderHook method shouldn't be treated as a regular render method.
• New utils for detecting renderHook are needing. Won't be used for now, but will simplify the implementation of specific react-hooks-testing-library rules.
