[refactor] [chore] [docs] Repo grooming session

As part of repo maintenance after migration, must do the following:

• Need to rename repo to reflect the concept that this repo will host all of the codes i've created and used during the time I was a CS/IT professor
• Labels needed to be updated
• Links needed to be re-reviewed and updated code wise and doc wise. Need to integrate other lab exercises into this repo (no longer limited to Java source codes)

Progress/Updates:

• Renamed repo from duskgrimoires-java-lab-exercises to code-lab-lecture-exercises
• Done revisting SPs of the previous issues and PRs, all are correct.
• Linked issue [fix] Look or recreate Prefinal_Exercise1_Trees.java under Data Structures and Algorithm Analysis #5 and [fix] [feat] Find the codes that I've used for ComProg1, ComProg2 and ComProg3 #9 to the project [tndg] GitHub Account & Profile, Portfolios, Code Challenges in preparation to close the migrated project boards from my previous temporary GH account
• Updated the labels used in the repo, and re-assign the labels of current to previous issues and PRs
