Fixes tidyverse#625. The scale_breaks_minor.date function is no longer needed because the .continuous version now works with dates. It is now similar to the scale_breaks.continuous function.

This fixes #625. Visual tests no longer error out.
It also looks like I might have undone commit bfe9097. I'm not sure what the purpose of that commit was, though.
