Yeah, this is kind of a known issue:

Unfortunately Windows is somewhat lower priority as fewer TinyGo developers use it (but it's still a legitimate bug). If you want it fixed, you can implement it by creating a src/os/dir_windows.go (like src/os/dir_unix.go for example).
